Check out An Introduction to Utilitarianism for a free, online textbook on utilitarian moral theory. Parfit’s Ethics provides a concise, critical introduction to the wide-ranging thought of Derek Parfit, the greatest moral philosopher of the twentieth century. And if you still need more to do, feel free to browse the archives of my old blog, Philosophy, et cetera, which was active from 2004 - 2022. Or, better yet, look into Acting on Utilitarianism, such as by joining the Effective Altruism community.
